Methodology: The overall aim of the project is to develop an integrated mobile marketing platform, exploiting fully new media applications and social media, to empower SMEs that are active at the broader retail and tourism sectors. It will enhance the competitiveness of Neapolitan SMEs to maximize their potential in the emerging multi-platform, social-media, location based services era.

In the Naples pilot we will pilot a smart-phone application with 21 SMEs in the retail and hospitality sectors from the 7 pearls in the province of Naples.
